It seems like Garmin is continuing on the route to make more and more dumbed down units, the latest I read on zumoforums.com is that you can not separate music from nav prompts on audio out on bluetooth, on the Zumo 550 you could set that nav prompts to be sent to the headset and music to the general audio out, now both are sent through the a2dp profile.
Why is this bad news you may ask? Well on our Bluesonic intercom we have to set different priorities on the audiochannels, phone and nav prompts is higher than intercom, but music is below intercom, so if you speak through the intercom the music is muted, if the phone or gps speaks, the intercom is muted, on the new 660 you have both nav prompts and music (one channel from 660) on the music channel, which means that if you use the intercom you won't hear the nav prompts!
And also I'm a bit worried that our Bluesonic won't be able to connect to the new zumo 660 a2dp profile, if thats the case we can't connect our phone to the zumo and the bluesonic headset to teh zumo to see incoming calls through the new zumo, that also bad news... stupid, stupid Garmin.
