Since the latest 'upgrade' to V2_11 which was done in 2008, I often have problems turning the helmet on.
The press the button twice with about half a second gap and half second presses fails to work no matter how often I press it (or at what rate).
Strangely I have a work-around - Schuberth deny this should work this way, but it is VERY repeatable.
If it won't turn on then find a bluetooth enabled device such as a phone or laptop and use that to select 'Add new device', then immediately press the Bluesonic remote on-button twice. This ALWAYS works and turns on first time.
Of course this is a bit of a pain when I've no BT device handy.
